What is Reticulum?

I’ve been learning by doing and only reading here and there but mostly leaning on a friend’s understanding to get up and running. I have some notes on Getting started on Reticulum that I’ll try and make actually useful and am attempting to set up a public and private gateway node which I’ll write up…if it works ;)
